The New Yards Brewery tour offered while at Blackney Hayes was something I could not pass up. I love the technology, spirit, and integration involved in a brewery – new age or traditional. The DIGSAU designed tasting room is quite literally a cathedral for beer, with pipes overhead delivering the beer into the “organ” of the “church,” and aisles on either side composed of hand crafted wooden tables and benches. The banquet space at the top right seems an excellent choice of venue for many events. While not 100 percent complete, the back of house operations may have been even more incredible.
