I designed multiple variations of this apartment building at the schematic level for a complex in Glassboro, NJ. The project also included basic master planning of the development. Plans and basic elevations describing materials were the extent of this exercise. This project is ongoing and evolving. Current design parameters include a pool and courtyard, balcony configuration for units, and elevation studies.
